Q: Is every single product individually inspected?
A: Yes, we inspect every single product piece by piece.
Q: Do your products have any certifications?
A: Yes. Most standard items have CE certification and ANSI certification. Additional local standards, e.g. lSS528 for Singapore, AS/NZS 1891.1:2007 for Australia, and CSA for Canada, are also attached to our products.Q: Terms of payment?
A: A minimum down payment of 30% is required before order production. Outstanding balances must be settled prior to shipment. Other payments negotiable.Q:What is the production capacity of your factory?
A: Our average production capacity per month is 80,000 harnesses and lanyards. In high season, our production increases up to 70,000 sets.Q: Does one size of the harness fit all users?

A: Our product line ranges from the very basic to the complex, and our price range follows suit, from US $5.50 - US $70.00 for harnesses.Q: What is the color of the metal components?
A: Tailored to the customer's preference, we offer metal components in silver, gold or black. A third work process is involved with black color coating, therefore, it is offered at a premium.Q: Can the webbing color be custom designed?
A: Yes. Custom design webbing color is available. We do ask you supply the desired color sample or pantone number. Multi-colored webbing can also be produced. We can either dye the white webbing, or use colored thread. Standard colored threads are ava

A: A minimum of 200 pcs for one item, in one order, is required. -
Q: Is OEM business accepted?
A: Yes, 90% of our customers are original equipment manufacturers, allowing businesses to affix their own labels to the products. For the Chinese market, we introduced our own brand name, Ricotech.
Q: Can the customers certify your products by themselves?
A: We offer two options. We can either apply an extension certification, or, if there is none available, we will support customers in applying for a new certification. We are virtually in daily contact with SATRA, Great Britain for EC certification, a
Q: Does your factory have any international certifications?
A: Yes, our company is ISO9000 certified. Additionally, several of our customers send their own quality control management. We are tested by SGS, UL, SAI Global, and Global Market, among others.
Q: When were you founded?A: Our company was established in 1995; we are celebrating our 20th anniversary this year.
Q:What are your main markets?
A: Our chief customers hail from the USA, Brazil, Mexico, Turkey, the Middle East, and Germany.
Q: How many workers does your factory have?
A: We employ 60 full-time staff and 40 part-time employees, and own our own developing apartment and quality testing facility.
Q: Is there an airport or railway station near your factory?
A: Ningbo's urban population is roughly 5.5 million inhabitants, with an international airport and accessible train station connecting major metropolitan cities like Shanghai and Hangzhou.
Q: Can I buy single components?
A: Yes. All components can be bought individually, e.g. the Nylon webbing part of the Nylon bed for packing harnesses. Components can be customizably branded as well.
Q: What are your lead times?
A: After product details have been specified, orders are delivered on an average between 6 to 10 weeks.
